Whale Watch Volunteers Needed!

Sonoma Coast State Beach and Stewards of Slavianka invite you to join in their annual celebration of the Gray Whale migration along California's coastline. Every winter weekend hundreds of park visitors are assisted in observing the whales off Bodega Head by volunteers and State Park Staff.

Training and orientation meeting for all new and returning volunteers:

Saturday, November 14, 1998, 10:00 a.m. to noon at the Jenner Visitors' Center

(The Visitor Center is located 1 mile north of Highway 116 on Highway 1.)

No Experience is necessary
